London, UK – 28th February 2022 – Wrisk today announced the appointment of four specialists in the automotive B2B2C insurance sector:
- Matt Wood has joined as Director of Insurance, where he oversees all activities involving the Insurance team. Matt worked at ERS, Highway and then at By Miles, where he led the insurance team from 2018 to 2021. Matt is a qualified actuary.
- Simon Davey joins the Commercial team as Head of Business Development. Simon has significant experience in the insurance and automotive sectors having worked previously as Partnerships Director at Lloyd Latchford and Head of Corporate Partnerships at Allianz U.K.
- Chris Powlesland has joined the Insurance team as Head of Insurer Management. Chris was previously the Head of Insurer Relations at Europa Group.
- Michelle Mansford has joined the Commercial team as a Commercial Operations Manager. Michelle joins after 12 years’ experience at Mapfre where she was a National Account Manager.
These hires reflect the company’s investment in solving the digital insurance needs of global car manufacturers, online car marketplaces and other motoring organisations.
