Wrisk Ltd. has established a new subsidiary, Wrisk Europe GmbH (“Wrisk Europe”), to meet the increasing demand for its technology platform and intermediary services in the European Union. Wrisk Europe is authorized as an insurance intermediary and its headquarters are in Munich, Germany.
Stephan Ruby has been appointed Managing Director of Wrisk Europe and will start this position on 1st January 2024. Having worked closely with Stephan over the last five years, we’re delighted to have him now on the Wrisk team. He will be responsible for developing the business with our existing and new clients in the European Union.
The formation of this new subsidiary and the appointment of Stephan provide evidence of the significant commitment Wrisk is now making to its partners (OEMs and insurers) in markets beyond the UK.
